Loop Range

Our synthetic material range, produced exclusively by Shadow Flies for Loop consists of a mix of fibres ideally suitable for all migratory fly patterns as well as predator and saltwater. The colour combinations are as used in the signature range of salmon and Steelhead flies designed by Thorsten Struben for Loop.

    2.5g hank of specially selected and mixed fibres in a wide range of colours and hues. Colours cordinate with other Loop synthetics and can be used on any pattern requiring flash.

  • Loop Angel Hair

     2g pack in a wide range of colours.  A killer fly-tying material for fishing fly patterns. An essential material for all tyers.

  • Loop Dubbing

    This unique blend of special materials comes in the same colours that match other items in the Loop range. Perfect for making tight, natural bodies. 2g pack

    Use with Loop Flash and Angel Hair for that signature look.

  • Loop Flat Braid

    5m spool of perfect braid, ideal for creative bodies and ribs.12 colours match the other Loop items and complete the range.  An essential addition to your bench.

    Irridescent sparkling braid on an easy application spool. Width 1/16" and all the colours you need.

  • Loop Fluoro Fibre

    Flouro microfibres as used in the latest signature Loop flies.This dynamic tail material is highly visible and combines with other materials to great effect. 

    Each hank is 15cm and holds 2g of high effect microfibres. 12 colours available.
